If necessary, drain the tank or insert a new
paper filter (24) (see Figure 3).
5.
Position motor section, close clamping
fasteners.
6.
Insert the mains power plug, switch the
vacuum cleaner on via the switch.
7.
If the use of a paper filter bag is necessary
(e.g. in the case of dusts which endanger
health), please comply with the printing on the
bag, and pull the bag onto the tank coupling.
8.
If fine or adhesive dusts are to be

General maintenance instructions

Always disconnect the mains power plug prior
to the execution of maintenance and servicing
operations or when exchanging accessories!
The technical data specified by the
manufacturer must be adhered to when
replacing safety-relevant components.
Regular maintenance is comprised of three
phases:
Daily inspection includes:
• Visual check to see whether the vacuum
cleaner, or parts thereof, are damaged,
• Check to see whether the cable connection
is mechanically damaged,
• Check to see whether the filling level shut-
off sensors are clean,
• Drain the tank and (in the case of wet
vacuuming) rinse clean or wipe with a damp
cloth.
Home
Monthly maintenance includes:
• Cleaning the filling level shut-off sensors
and checking their function,
• Cleaning floor suction equipment and
bracket (if available), and lightly greasing
moving parts,
• Wiping the vacuum cleaner (motor section,
tank and chassis) with a damp cloth.
The main annual inspection includes:
• Cleaning the mains power lead and
simultaneously checking this thoroughly for
damaged insulation,
• Checking whether rubber strips or brush
strips require replacement,
• Lightly greasing wheels and steering rollers,
• Cleaning the dust bag and replacing this if
necessary,
• Checking all of the vacuum cleaner's
functions.
Use only original replacement parts!
GB.9.2
Check the filling level shut-off (applies only to
versions with electronic filling level shut-off).
Remove the suction head from the tank and lay
this down, turned around, on the floor. Ensure
that the filling level shut-off sensors are clean.
Switch the vacuum cleaner on at the switch.
Now bridge the sensors with a damp cloth or
another conductive medium. The motor will
now shut off following a three second period of
delay. The vacuum cleaner can be rendered
operable again by moving the switch to the 0
position and subsequently switching on again.
If the vacuum cleaner does not shut off, please
consult the customer service.
GB.9.3
If you require replacement parts or accessories
for your industrial vacuum cleaner, please
consult your supplier or contact the
manufacturer directly.
