Recording
To begin recording, verify that FS-T1001 is on the home screen.
The FS-T1001 offers three record trigger modes: EXT TRIG (external
trigger), EXT TC (external timecode) and NORMAL.
•
control mode triggers the FS-T1001 from the camera
EXT TRIG
controls (using ancillary data).
The camera must support ancillary data in the SDI stream and it
may be necessary to enable this function in the camera's setup
menu.
In addition, it may also require media to be inserted and recorded to
on the camera: consult the camera's user guide for further
information.

control mode triggers the FS-T1001 from the camera
EXT TC
controls (using timecode breaks).
The camera must support REC RUN or REGEN timecode and be
set to that mode. In addition, it may also require media to be
inserted and recorded to on the camera: consult the camera's user
guide for further information. NOTE: When this mode is being
used, before connecting FS-T1001 to the camera, make sure the
camera is set to REC-RUN mode and not recording.
To begin recording using either of the
