Check the tires regularly for any signs of
damage (e.g., scratches, cuts, cracks, bulges,
etc.).
Sharp objects that have penetrated the tires
may have caused damage, which can only
be diagnosed by removing the tire.
Have any damage inspected by a qualified
technician as it may considerably reduce
tire life.
Remember that tires deteriorate with time,
even if used little or not at all.
Cracks in the tread and sidewalls, possibly
accompanied by bulging, are signs of aging.
Have the tires changed at an Authorized
Ferrari Dealer, who have the necessary
equipment available in order to prevent
damage to the sensor located inside the wheel
on vehicles equipped with the tire pressure
monitoring system.
Have a qualified technician decide whether
old tires are suitable for use.
It is recommended to replace the tires after six
years of normal use.
Frequent use in maximum load conditions
and high temperatures may accelerate ageing.
Tires that have been on a vehicle for more
than 3 years must be checked by a qualified
technician.
Never fit tires of uncertain origin.

The tires are of the "unidirectional"
type and there is an arrow on the
side indicating the rolling direction or the
outside. When changing the tires, ensure
that the rolling direction corresponds to
that indicated in order to maintain optimal
performance.
Tires on the same axle must always be
replaced in pairs.
Regularly check the tread (minimum
acceptable depth 0.067 in. / 1.7 mm). The
less tread depth, the greater the risk of
skidding.
Drive carefully on wet roads to
reduce the risk of aquaplaning.

Wheel balancing
The wheels and tires must be balanced
together by an Authorized Ferrari
Dealer or by a qualified technician.
You are advised to use only self-adhesive
wheel weights.
Application instructions
Proceed as follows to fit the wheel weights:
• Use a cleaning solvent to thoroughly
clean the part of the wheel where the
weight will be applied.
• Remove the backing paper and apply
the weight to the wheel, pressing down
evenly to ensure proper adhesion.
