Troubleshooting and Tips

CAUTION!
Observe the safety information in the chapter "Important Information" on
page 13.
All information on how to behave in the event of faults which can occur during
operation of server blades in the PRIMERGY BX600 basic unit is provided in
the manual "PRIMERGY BX600 Basic Unit" (see "Related publications" on
page 83).
If a fault occurs, attempt to correct it in accordance with the measures described
in:
– the chapter "Troubleshooting and Tips" in the manual "PRIMERGY BX600
Basic Unit" (see "Related publications" on page 83),
– the chapters on the installed components,
– the documentation on the connected devices,
– the help on the individual programs.
If you cannot correct the fault, proceed as follows:
Ê Note down the steps you have taken and the conditions which led to the
fault. Also note down the error messages displayed.
Ê Switch off the defective server blade of the system.
Ê Contact our service department.
