Probable cause Remedy
Push the lock/start button within 2 seconds
after pushing the engine button. (page 13)
Lock the doors. (page 10)
Open the front door (either the driver-side door
or the passenger-side door) or turn on the
ignition switch with the key. (page 10)
Exit the vehicle and take the keyless access
remote with you. (page 10)
Replace the battery.
