Keyless Function During Warm Up

If the engine is started using the remote engine starter system, the standard equipment keyless entry will not unlock the
doors.
Unlock the doors using either of the following procedures.
If the engine was started with the remote engine starter system, stop the engine with the transmitter, and unlock the
doors with the ignition key. (For vehicles equipped with the keyless memory settings, the doors can be unlocked by
pushing the unlock button on the transmitter, which is not linked with the keyless memory settings. To link the system
with the keyless memory settings, stop the engine using the transmitter and unlock the doors using the ignition key.)
For vehicles equipped with the keyless access system, the door can be unlocked with the keyless access remote when
the engine is being warmed up by the remote engine starter system.
Refer to the Owner's Manual of the vehicle for how to unlock the door.

(in the case of the keyless access remote)
Carry the keyless access remote and grab the door handle
Press the unlock button on the keyless access remote
NOTE: Only when the keyless access system switch is on.
