[Run CD Burner ( For Non Windows XP Users)]
1. Install bundle CD and install InCD.
3.After installing INCD, run "InCDL.exe" which is the InCD Launch Program.
4. Insert a blank RW CD and then start formatting it (If it is a brand-new one, click "Format"
instead of "Quick Format").
