FCC COMPLIANCE AND REQUIREMENTS

Omega's OM-CP-RF series products operate in an "unlicensed" operation band, meaning
the end-user does not need to do anything special (such as obtain a license) to legally make
use of the product. Omega has performed all the required testing and certification to ensure
that these products meet the requirements for unlicensed operation outlined in 47 CFR Part
15.231 of the FCC rules. However, the user must understand and adhere to the following
notes and guidelines:
Any user changes or modifications that are not expressly approved by Omega
Engineering, Inc. may void the user's authority to operate the device per FCC code,
section 15.231.
