• Registering one-touch keys
1. Press the [Utility] key.
2. Touch [User Set], [FAX Input], then [One-Touch].
(With the im2020, im2520 and im3520, touch [User Set], [Mail Input], then
[One-Touch].)
3. Touch a key where nothing has been registered yet.
4. Type in the name of the one-touch key.
5. Select the communication mode.
• Scan to E-mail
: [PC] - [Email]
• Scan to Server (FTP) : [PC] - [FTP Server]
• Scan to PC (FTP)
: [PC] - [FTP Client]
• Scan to PC (SMTP) : [PC] - [Scanner]
• Scan to HDD
: [HDD]
• Internet FAX
: [InternetFAX] - [E-mail]
• IP Address FAX
: [InternetFAX] - [IP-TX]
6. Specify the necessary settings for the selected communication mode.
7. Touch [Enter].

Operation Checks After Setting
When the setup procedures for controller and user environment have been completed,
make the operation checks to ensure that the setup has been made correctly.
Test printing from client PC
This check is made to make sure that the connection with the PC has been properly
made.
• Select "Start" - "Settings" - "Printers" on the client PC and then right-click the Printer
icon to open the property.
• Select the "General" tab and click "Print Test Page."
If printing is not effected, see "Troubleshooting at Installation."

Possible Cause
Correct the error.
Check the copier control panel
for jobs in print queue.
Enter the password to unlock the
job.
Enter the correct Access Number
of the Account that has been reg-
istered with the copier.
Go to item 2.
Set the correct port.
Restart the PC.
Uninstall the printer driver
through the proper steps and
then reinstall it properly.
Restart the controller board.
(Turn OFF the Power Switch of
the copier and then turn it ON.)
Reconnect the cable and restart
or change the faulty relay device.
Set the correct IP address and
subnet mask.
