PROBLEM
Cook/Cool Down switch set to "Cook"
position. Light off. Motor not working.
Cook/Cool Down switch set to "Cook"
position. Light on motor not working.
Cook/Cool Down switch set to"Cook."
Motor working thermostat set to
temperature, lamp "on," oven not heating.
Noisy convection oven.
Cook/Cool Down switch set to "Cool
Down", motor not working.
Oven too hot or not hot enough
No spark to igniter
Spark to igniter,thermostat set to
temperature. Burner does not go on.
Oven doors will not stay closed.
Wiring Diagrams can be found at the end of this manual. A relevant schematic can be found on the inside of the
control panel when it is slid out for service.

FAULT FINDING

POSSIBLE CAUSES
No power to oven.
Defective Cook/Cool Down switch
Faulty wiring.
Defective door switch.
Oven door partially open.
Door switch out of alignment.
Defective motor.
Faulty wiring.
Faulty motor relay
Combination gas valve not opening.
Defective valve/thermostat
Blower wheel rubbing on oven baffle
Blower wheel loose on motor shaft.
Defective motor
Defective Cook/Cool down switch.
Defective door switch.
Door switch out of alignment.
Faulty wiring.
Thermostat out of calibration.
Disconnected or loose hi voltage wires.
Defective DSI control module.
No power to oven
Defective combination gas valve.
Defective thermostat controller.
Broken or damaged door spring
SOLUTION
Check power supply.
Replace switch.
Check condition of all wires & connections
Replace switch
Close door.
Align switch.
Replace motor.
Check condition of all wires & connections
Replace relay
Defective thermostat replace.
Replace valve/thermostat.
Adjust blower wheel.
Retighten blower wheel.
Replace motor.
Replace switch.
Replace switch.
Align switch.
Check condition of all wires & connections
Check calibration/replace thermostat.
Reconnect hi voltage wires.
Replace DSI module
Check power supply.
Replace valve.
Replace controller
Replace door spring
