4.1 Main Conference Page

The 'Main Conference Page' is the launching pad from which you will begin your presentation. The following
image describes what the user will initially see after start-up.
Information & Status
Provides information about the system:
Time
Indicators
Message Line
Video Display Window
This window will display the currently selected video source. The Local Video (Main Cam) is the default
video source.
Controls
Semi-transparent controls which are associated with the currently selected source are overlaid on the
video window. These source controls can be configured to persist or fade after a few seconds. See
UTILITIES for configuration options.
TANDBERG Educator MXP & Professional MXP Videoconferencing System
displays the current time as set by the user/administrator
VCR Rec, Tel-Add, Streaming indicators will illuminate when active
will displays status and diagnostic information, as well as prompts when required.
