Check whether RF Connector (CON1801) is good or not.
CON1801 needs to be reworked if improper power, no power or
lower power than that on the golden sample, is measured on C1806.
The following figures, which sequentially indicate measurement
result of GSM900, DCS1800 and PCS1900 on R1833, are examples
of RF signal measurement on the spectrum analyzer.
