9 - TECHNICAL PROGRAMMING
MODEL "D"
INTRODUCTION
The software can be used to access the "TECHNICAL
PROGRAMMING" environment, which enables special
parameters or functions to be programmed.
The "TECHNICAL PROGRAMMING" function can be
accessed by setting the machine to OFF and by pressing
key T5 for 10 seconds consecutively.
IMPORTANT: change to OFF mode by
pressing key T5 simultaneously in succession
with key T3 of unit 1, if the machine is in ON
mode.
WARNING!: the technical programming
function and the programming operations can
only be accessed by using the keyboard relative
to unit 1.
A number of keys included in the UNIT 1 keyboard have
specific functions (which differ from the distribution func-
tions) when used in the "TECHNICAL PROGRAMMING"
mode and more precisely:

- key T1 =
„Increase‰ function of the numerical values or selec-
tion of the "pre-set" options referring to the parameter
being programmed.

- key T2 =
„Decrease‰ function of the numerical values or selec-
tion of the "pre-set" options referring to the parameter
being programmed.
- key T3 = ENTER
Confirmation function of a number of operations during
the programming procedure.
- key T5 = MENU'
Selection function/choice of parameter to be program-
med.
NOTE: key T1 or key T2 have a fast scrolling function.
The increase or decrease action is more rapid if one of
these keys is pressed down when used.
The first TECHNICAL parameter is shown on the display
when the "TECHNICAL PROGRAMMING" function is ac-
cessed in the way described previously:

9.1 LANGUAGE

The display shows the following:
Language
XXXXXXXX
where XXXXXXXX represent the languages which can be
selected: Italian, French, English, Spanish, German, Dutch
and Portuguese.
Key T1 or key T2 must be used to select the various options
available if the parameter displayed needs to be changed;
press key T5 to display the next parameter.

9.2 NAME

The name setting can be changed with a text selected by
the customer.
The display shows the following:
Name
XXXXXXXX
Use key T1 or key T2 to select the letters of the alphabet if
parameter ( XXXXXXX ) needs to be changed; press key T3 to
confirm the letter/symbol/number when the letter/symbol/
number under the intermittent cursor is the desired value, and
then proceed to select the next letter/symbol/number.
Press key T5 to proceed to the next menu.
