Using the Voice Mail Directory

You can also select a name from the Voice Mail Directory when you send a fax. If you use the
Voice Mail Directory, your fax is sent through Fax Mail. You can then use the Fax Mail
Options portion of the screen to tag your message as Urgent, Confidential or to request a
Return Receipt. For information see page 28.
To use the Voice Mail Directory:
1. Initiate Sending a fax message so that you see the Fax Server Setup screen. (For help,
see page 17.
2. Click on the button. You see:
