16. Complete the Fax Server Setup screen as follows:
In the Voice Mail Mailbox portion of the screen:
Enter the Mailbox Number of the Subscriber Mailbox.
Enter the Security Code of the Subscriber Mailbox
In the Cover Page Fields portion of the screen:
In the Name field, enter the use's name as it should appear on the Fax cover page.
In the Company field, enter the name of the user's company as it should appear on the
Fax Cover page.
In the Business phone field, enter the user's phone number.
In the Fax number field, enter the number of the user's Fax number (where the user
receives Fax messages).
The Exchange/Outlook portion of the screen allows access to the address book of Microsoft
Exchange/Outlook. This allows users to send fax messages to recipients listed in the address
book.
In the Exchange/Outlook Address Book portion of the screen:
In the Profile Name field, enter the users's profile name (see the Microsoft Mail Admin-
istrator if required).
Enter the user's Exchange/Outlook password (if there is one) in the Password field.
The Tcp/IP portion of the screen must be completed to allow Fax files to be downloaded to the
Voice Mail (which sends the file out as a Fax). See the System Administrator for help.
Enter the VM Server Service Number.
Enter the VM Server IP Address.
17. Click Save when you are finished.
18. Reboot your computer.
19. Repeat the instructions in Setting Up a Client Computer for each client that will have access to
Fax Server.
Fax Server is set up and ready to use. See Using the Fax Server on page 17.
