If you do not remove the disk in step 13, when the Voice Mail tries to reboot, the system
prompts with a Non-system disk or disk error.
15. Repeat steps 5 through 7 to begin backing up messages in a mailbox.
16. At the prompt:
Select the files to be processed:
-System Database
-Mailbox Messages
File Type (enter Q to Quit?)
Enter M and Enter. Follow the screen prompts.
17. When finished, return to the Voice Mail's Main Menu.
18. Go to Activating the Fax Server Feature on page 4.
