Playing BD-Video or DVD-Video
Enjoying BD-Live discs with Internet
Most BD-Live compatible discs play back using the BD-Live
function, so you will need to download additional content.
This unit will download the content to the SD card. (
Local storage)
Preparation
≥Network connection (
≥Network Easy Settings (
1 Insert an SD card with 1 GB or more free
space.
2 Insert the disc.
∫ To delete data on SD card
Delete the unnecessary video data recorded in the SD
card.
1 Insert an SD card.
2 Press [FUNCTION MENU].
3 Select "Card Management" in "Others", then press
[OK].
4 Select "Delete BD-Video data", then press [OK].
5 Select "Yes", then press [OK].
6 Select "Start", then press [OK].
7 Press [OK].
≥ Some BD-Live content available on the Blu-ray Disc may require an
Internet account to be created in order to access the BD-Live content.
Follow the screen display or instruction manual of the disc for
information on acquiring an account.
≥ To use the above functions, it is recommended that you format the card
on this unit. (

≥ When discs supporting BD-Live are played back, the player or disc IDs
may be sent to the content provider via the Internet.
≥ The playback may be paused depending on the communication
environment. Some functions may be disabled to prevent skipping to
sections that have not been downloaded, etc.
