Symptom
When displaying
MPEG-4 images on
multiple browser
windows, images from
multiple cameras are
displayed in sequence
on a single browser
window.
Cause/solution
• This may occur due to the display adapter and
driver combination on the PC you are using.
When this has occurred, first update the driver of
the display adapter to the latest version.
If updating the driver does not solve the problem, adjust the
hardware acceleration as follows.
The following is a description for when Microsoft
®
Windows XP Professional SP2 is installed on the PC in
use.
1. Right-click on the desktop and select "Properties" from
the displayed pop-up menu.
2. Select [Setup] from "Display Properties", and then click
the [Advanced] button.
3. Click the [Troubleshoot] tab and disable the DirectDraw
acceleration by adjusting the level of "Hardware
acceleration".
