Entering expense records

using up to 10 digits including
up to two decimal places then

Recalling expense records
Recalling by sequential search
Each time [VI is pressed, data is recalled in the order of entry.
When W is pressed, data is searched in reverse order.
Recalling by using the index display
Press (EXPENSE).

Press m to see the details.

Editing expense records

1. Press (MENUJ 1 ("EDIT"). A
2. Move to the field you wish to
edit.
3. Edit the entry.
4. Press (ENTER].
