Focusing manually
To focus precisely
It is easier to focus on the subject if you adjust the
zoom to shoot at the "W" (wide-angle) position
after focusing at the "T" (telephoto) position.
When you shoot close to the subject
Focus at the end of the "W" (wide-angle)
position.
9 changes as follows:
when recording a distant subject
when the subject is too close to focus on
Focal distance information is displayed for
about 3 seconds on the screen in the
following cases:
– When switching the focus adjustment mode
from autofocus to manual
– When turning the focus ring
Focal distance information
•This information aids focusing if it is not easy
to focus on the subject, for example, when
recording in the dark. Use this information as a
rough guide to achieve a sharp focus.
•Correct information will not be received if you
have attached a conversion lens (optional) to
your camcorder.

Mise au point manuelle
Pour obtenir une mise au point précise
Effectuez d'abord la mise au point en position
« T » (téléobjectif), puis ajustez le zoom pour
filmer en position « W » (grand angle). La mise
au point est alors plus facile à effectuer.
Lorsque vous filmez tout près du sujet
Réglez la mise au point à l'extrémité de la
position « W » (grand angle).

lors de la prise de vues d'un sujet lointain
lorsque le sujet est trop proche pour
permettre la mise au point sur celui-ci
Des informations relatives à la distance de
mise au point sont affichées pendant
3 secondes environ sur l'écran dans les cas
suivants :
– Lorsque vous permutez le mode de réglage de
la mise au point automatique à la mise au point
manuelle
– Lorsque vous tournez la molette de réglage de
la mise au point
Informations relatives à la distance de mise au
point
•Ces informations facilitent la mise au point sur
un sujet qui n'est pas aisée, notamment lors
d'un enregistrement dans un endroit sombre.
Utilisez-les comme guide pour améliorer la
netteté de la mise au point.
•Vous ne pourrez pas obtenir des informations
correctes si vous fixez un convertisseur (en
option) à votre caméscope.
