Adjusting the white balance
manually
If the picture is being taken in a studio lit by
TV lighting
We recommend that you record in the INDOOR
mode.
If you record under fluorescent lighting
Select AUTO or HOLD.
Your camcorder may not adjust the white
balance correctly in the INDOOR mode.
If you did the following in the AUTO mode:
– You remove the battery pack for replacement.
– You bring your camcorder from indoors to
outdoors holding the exposure, or vice versa.
Point your camcorder at the white subject for
about 10 seconds after setting the POWER switch
to CAMERA to get better adjustment.
If you did the following in the HOLD mode:
– You change the mode of PROGRAM AE.
– You bring your camcorder from indoors to
outdoors, or vice versa.
Set WHT BAL to AUTO and reset to HOLD after
a few seconds.

Si la prise de vues est réalisée dans un studio
éclairé par un éclairage téléviseur
Nous vous recommandons de prendre les vues
en mode INDOOR.
Pour prendre des vues sous un éclairage
fluorescent
Sélectionnez AUTO ou HOLD.
En mode INDOOR, il se peut que le caméscope
ne règle pas correctement la balance des blancs.
Si vous avez exécuté les opérations suivantes
en mode AUTO :
– Vous avez retiré la batterie pour la remplacer.
– Vous avez déplacé le caméscope de l'intérieur
vers l'extérieur en conservant l'exposition ou
inversement.
Pointez le caméscope en direction du sujet blanc
pendant 10 secondes environ après avoir réglé le
commutateur POWER sur CAMERA pour
optimiser le réglage.
Si vous avez exécuté les opérations suivantes
en mode HOLD :
– Vous avez modifié le mode PROGRAM AE.
– Vous avez déplacé le caméscope de l'intérieur
vers l'extérieur ou inversement.
Réglez WHT BAL sur AUTO, puis de nouveau
sur HOLD après quelques secondes.
