Step 1 Preparing the power
source
Notes
•Prevent metallic objects from coming into
contact with the metal parts of the DC plug of
the AC Adaptor. This may cause a short-circuit
and damage the AC Adaptor.
•Your camcorder will be less balanced when
placed on the table etc., with the battery pack
NP-FM91/QM91/QM91D installed.
When you use the AC Adaptor
Place the AC Adaptor near a wall socket. While
using the AC Adaptor, if any trouble occurs with
this unit, disconnect the plug from a wall socket
as soon as possible to cut off the power.
While charging the battery pack, the battery
CHARGE lamp flashes in the following cases:
– The battery pack is not installed correctly.
– Something is wrong with the battery pack.
PRECAUTION
The set is not disconnected from the AC power
source (mains) as long as it is connected to the
wall socket, even if the set itself has been turned
off.

The charging time may increase if the battery's
temperature is extremely high or low because of
the ambient temperature.

Remarques
•Empêchez tout objet métallique d'entrer en
contact avec les pièces métalliques de la fiche
CC de l'adaptateur secteur AC. Ceci pourrait
entraîner un court-circuit et endommager
l'adaptateur secteur AC.
•Votre caméscope est moins bien équilibré
lorsqu'il est posé sur une table, par exemple,
alors que la batterie NP-FM91/QM91/QM91D
est installée.
Lorsque vous utilisez l'adaptateur secteur AC
Branchez l'adaptateur secteur AC sur une prise
secteur. En cas de problème avec cet appareil lors
de l'utilisation de l'adaptateur secteur AC,
débranchez la fiche de la prise secteur dès que
possible pour couper l'alimentation.
Pendant la recharge de la batterie, le voyant
CHARGE de la batterie clignote dans les cas
suivants :
– La batterie n'est pas installée correctement.
– La batterie est défectueuse.
PRÉCAUTION
L'appareil n'est pas déconnecté de la source
d'alimentation secteur tant qu'il reste branché sur
la prise secteur, même s'il a été mis hors tension.

température de la batterie est très élevée ou très
