2.6.2 Intel High Definition Audio The KINO-9654G4 onboard audio connector can connect to an optional audio kit. The codec on the optional audio kit is connected to the ICH8 controller through the Intel® High Definition Audio serial link. The DMA engines in the controller move samples of digitally encoded data between system memory and the audio kit codec.

Running a CPU without a cooling kit may also result in injury to the user. The CPU, CPU cooling kit and DIMM are the most critical components of the KINO-9654G4. If any of these components is not installed, the KINO-9654G4 cannot operate. 5.3.1.1 LGA 775 CPU Installation WARNING: CPUs are expensive and sensitive components.
When handling the CPU, only hold it on the sides. DO NOT touch the pins at the bottom of the CPU. To install Socket LGA775 CPU onto the KINO-9654G4, follow the steps below: Step 1: Remove the protective cover. Remove the black protective cover by prying it off the load plate.

The KINO-9654G4 must be installed in a chassis with ventilation holes on the sides allowing airflow to travel over the heat sink surface. In a system with an individual power supply unit, the cooling fan of a power supply can also help generate airflow over the board surface.
