Step 2: Align the SO-DIMM with the socket. The SO-DIMM must be oriented in such a way that the notch in the middle of the SO-DIMM must be aligned with the plastic bridge in the socket.
OPEN a jumper means removing the plastic clip from a jumper. Before the KINO-945GSE2 is installed in the system, the jumpers must be set in accordance with the desired configuration. The jumpers on the KINO-945GSE2 are listed T able 4-1.

The KINO-945GSE2 must be installed in a chassis with ventilation holes on the sides allowing airflow to travel through the heat sink surface. In a system with an individual power supply unit, the cooling fan of a power supply can also help generate airflow through the board surface.
