You may have to pull several times before engine starts.

Check for worn, bent or broken components, loose fasteners, low or flat tires, etc., and repair or replace prior to operation. DO NOT OPERATE A DEFECTIVE UNIT – SERIOUS INJURY OR DEATH CAN RESULT.
