open circuit.

Mains supply (input) voltage
has been turned OFF but
control circuit has power from
the primary capacitors.
Possible Cause
When 3 phase machine
is first turned ON with
the wrong Primary
supply (input) voltage
connected.
Link switch plug
not connected.
The Primary supply
(input) voltage
fluctuates and is
not stable.
Memory chip
(EEPROM) error.
The Welding Power
Source's temperature
sensors have
malfunctioned.
A Main ON/OFF switch on
machine has been
turned OFF.
B Mains supply (input)
voltage has been
turned OFF.
