1) Cover is not closed
properly.

1) Cutter is not connected.

Section 5: Troubleshooting

Corrective Actions
1) Close the cover.
1) Level adjustment.
2) Sensor type adjustment.
3) Set a smaller value for
the pitch offset.
1) Set the paper properly.
1) & 2) Set the ribbon
properly.
1) Connect the cutter unit.
2) Set and feed the paper
again.
1) Pause the data transmis-
sion on the host side and
wait until enough buffer
space available.
1) Replace ribbon.
