The tiller on my king cobra will not lock. It is now jammed into a position, but i cannot adjust it. I was riding along, when the tiller suddenly began to move up and down freely. I have hardly ever used the adjustment lever? The scooter has been regularly serviced. I need to get it fixed, but i live in Maryborough Qld, getting things done here are tricky. Cheers.

If the tiller on a Drive King Cobra scooter won't lock, follow these steps to fix it:
1. Check the Tiller Adjustment Knob – Ensure that the tiller adjustment knob is tightened. If it is loose, tighten it securely. 2. Release the Tiller Lock – If the tiller lock is applied, release it to allow movement. 3. Adjust the Tiller – Set the tiller to the desired position and then release the adjustment lever to lock it in place.
If the tiller still does not lock, inspect for any obstructions or damage and contact a technician if necessary.
