The model number of an iRobot Roomba can often be found as the third item on the screen under "About Roomba" in the product settings of the iRobot app. If it is not displayed there, some Roombas have their model or series numbers printed directly on the device.

To cancel a schedule on an older iRobot Roomba model with buttons on the top, follow these steps:

1. Press the Schedule button on the Roomba to access the scheduling menu.
2. Press the Day button repeatedly to cycle through the scheduled cleaning times until you find the schedule you want to cancel.
3. Once you locate the desired schedule, press and hold the Day button for five seconds.
4. A beeping sound will confirm that the schedule has been deleted.

Error 14 on the iRobot Roomba indicates that the robot is not detecting the bin properly. This can be caused by dirty or faulty contacts, an improperly inserted bin, or a malfunctioning bin motor. If cleaning the contacts and bin does not resolve the issue, the motor inside the bin may have continuity problems, meaning it could be partially burnt out. Replacing the motor or the entire bin can fix the problem.
