Remove the hinge assembly:
1. Disconnect the hinge assembly cables from the USB board (1) and the HDMI/USB board (2).
2. Detach the hinge assembly cables (3) from the keyboard shield. (The hinge assembly cables are
attached to the keyboard shield with double-sided adhesive.)
3. Remove the four Phillips PM2.0×4.5 screws (4) that secure the hinge assembly to the
keyboard base.
4. Remove the hinge assembly (5) and cables.
Reverse this procedure to install the hinge assembly.
