Specifies whether turbo mode is activated (Enabled) or deactivated
(Disabled).
Performance/Power Setting
Specifies whether Intel
sustains for >2 sec. (Optimized) or ~<2sec. (Traditional) consuming less
power or providing maximum performance respectively.

Limit CPUID Function
Specifies whether CPUID commands are to be processed with more
than 3 functions (Enabled) or not processed (Disabled).

Some operating systems cannot handle new CPUID commands
