Need to swap your phone's programming with another phone? Using
Secure Set Relocation, you can swap most of your phone's program-
ming. However, user-defined programming, such as Call Forward set
up, Selectable Display Messaging, etc.) will not be swapped. In addi-
tion, the following items are cleared: Camp On, Last Number Redial,
Saved Number Clear, Incoming History, and Common Cancelling of
Service Codes. This feature will not work for virtual extensions.
To swap your
extension data using
Secure Set
Relocation:

Secure Set Relocation

The extensions to be swapped must be
idle while the swap is performed, or an
"Invalid" error message will be received.
1. From one of the telephones which is to
be swapped, dial the Extension Data
Swap service code.
Ask your Communications Manager
for this code.
If a warning tone or error message is
heard, the password for this feature is
not set - check with your
Communications Manager.
2. Dial the 4 digit password.
If an incorrect password is entered, a
warning tone is heard.
3. Dial the extension number which is to be
swapped.
A confirmation tone is heard if the
swap is completed.
If it is not possible to swap the exten-
sion data, a warning tone is heard.
