TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Cannot download
BD-Live contents.
Cannot detect the

Messages on the screen

The following messages appear on the TV screen in case the disc you tried to play back is not appropriate or the
operation is not correct.
Error message
Unsupported File
Wrong region code!
Network has FAILED.
Network is OK, proxy
has FAILED.
BD-Live connection
is prohibited in
SETUP menu.
No valid upgrade file
is found!
Upgrade has failed
for some reason!

Cause
Incorrect cable connections.
Incorrect USB device connections.
The BD disc does not support BD-Live.
The network setting is incorrect.
The USB memory device is not
compatible.
There is insufficient free space on the
USB memory device.
Incorrect cable connections.
The connected equipment is turned off.
The access point of this unit and the
server are not the same.
The network setting is incorrect.
The DLNA server does not permit this
unit.
The file is not supported by this unit.
The DLNA setting is incorrect.
Cause
The file is not supported by this unit.
The disc is an incompatible region code.
This unit cannot be connected to the
network.
This unit cannot be connected to the
proxy server.
BD-Live connection is prohibited.
The upgrade file cannot be found.
Upgrade is failed.
Remedy
Connect the Network cable properly.
Connect the USB memory device properly. Check
that the USB memory device is connected to the
USB port of this unit.
Check if the BD disc supports BD-Live.
Check the setting for [Internet Connection].
Connect the USB memory device formatted in
FAT16 or FAT32.
It is recommended to connect the USB memory
device with at least 2 GB of free space. If there is not
enough free space, format the USB memory device.
Refer to the supplied user's manual of the disc or
consult the disc manufacturer.
Connect the network cable properly.
Turn on the connected equipment, such as the
broadband router or the server.
Confirm this unit and the server are connected to the
same access point.
Set the proper value(s) in the network setting. Refer
to "Network".
Depending on the DLNA server, this unit may need
to be permitted from the server.
Make sure the file is playable.
Check your DLNA server's setting.
The playback and operating quality may be affected
by your home network condition.
Remedy
Refer to "Types of discs/files that can be used with
this unit".
Refer to "Region management information".
Check connection and Network setting.
Refer to "[Proxy Setting]".
Refer to "[BD-Live Connection]".
Check if the upgrade file is in the appropriate folder.
Check if the upgrade file is corrupted or unreadable.
