Changing Default Settings

The copy options including copy quality, contrast, number of
copies and copy size can be set to the most frequently used
modes. When a document is copied, the default settings will
be used unless otherwise you do not change for the individual
copy job by using the corresponding buttons on the front
panel.
To create your own default settings:

Press Setup on the front panel. The display shows
"1.SYSTEM SETUP" on the bottom line.

Press Enter .

Press the Scroll buttons (
see "SET DEFAULT".

Press Enter . The display shows the first option
"CONTRAST".

Press the Scroll buttons (
through the available setup options.

When the desired option appears, press Enter .

Change the setting using the Scroll buttons (
and then press Enter to save the selection.

Repeat steps 5 through 7 as necessary.
