Tel Key

This key is used to enter into a telephone conversation having picked up
the handset of an external telephone in F/T pseudo-ringing etc.
Pressing Tel key after lifting the external telephone's handset allows you
to talk with the other end. Also, if you press Tel when you are talking
lifting the external telephone's handset with the other end, you can hear
the other end from machine's monitor speaker, but the other end cannot
hear you.
