Problem

Possible Causes
Normal when refrigerator
is first plugged in.
Often occurs when large
amounts of food are
placed in refrigerator.

Hot weather or frequent
door openings.
Temperature control dial
set at the coldest setting.
Grille and condenser
need cleaning.
Temperature control dial
not set cold enough.
Warm weather or frequent

Package blocking air duct in

Icemaker power switch in

• Set the temperature control dial one step colder.

• Check to see if package is blocking air duct in freezer
compartment.

•Move the switch to the ON position.
•Cubes may have fused to the side of the mold. Move
the switch to the OFF position, then remove the cubes.

•Level cubes by hand.
