ringing call
if this icon displays beside a line button the
telephone is off-hook
if this icon displays in the Inbox then it indicates a call
that you answered
another active call
active call has been put on Hold
message waiting (set lamp lights red)
instant message
missed call (icon blinks)
line button is programmed for a feature such as,
speed dial, do not disturb, send IM, call forward,
stock query and change presence status
