Glossary PBC (PlayBack Control) PlayBack Control is a menu recorded on the disc with SVCD or VCD2.0 format. For the discs contained PBC, it can playback interactive software with the menu displayed on TV. And if the disc contains still images, it can playback high definition of still image.

When pressed long, AF mode is converted to REGION ON/OFF mode. REGION ON MODE: AF mode or PI SEEK is used to the station which have PI codes same as the current station (PI CODE is checked when AF search is in process). REGION OFF MODE: The regional code in the format of PI code is ignored when AF mode or PI SEEK are in process (PI CODE and covering area are not checked during AF searching).

Region Code The region code is used in DVD players and on DVD discs. To be able to play the DVD disc the regional codes on DVD player and on DVD disc must be the same. If not, the player will not play the disc. This player is developed and made in compliance with the zone codes, recorded on DVD disc, and is able to playback discs of all zones.
