Replacing side brush

! Start engine
! Raise the swept material
container to the end position
! Shut-off the engine
! Lock the hand brake
! Pull out pin of locking rod
! Remove locking rod
! Insert locking rod
! Swing-out the side broom
! Unscrew the side broom
KMR 1700 D
! Screw-on the new side broom
! Swing-in the side broom
! Remove locking rod
! Insert locking rod
! Insert pin of locking rod
! Start engine
! Run-in the swept material
container to the end position
! Shut-off the engine
! Lock the hand brake

Check the air cleaner

Replace the air filter if the indicator
light is RED
! Open the engine bonnet
! Press together bonnet latch at
the air filter housing
! Remove bonnet
