The diesel fuel system consists of an 84 gallon fuel
tank, fuel tank vent, shut-off valve, engine fuel
supply and return line, generator fuel supply and
return line, fuel filter and fuel fill (Figure 5.2.1).

UEL ILTER
Primary and secondary fuel filters are located on
your Sea Ray to help keep the fuel as clean as
®
possible. The primary fuel filter is the Racor
separating fuel filter installed in the engine
compartment (Figure 5.2.1). The secondary fuel filter
is located on the engine and should be replaced in
accordance with the Engine Owner's Manual.
NOTE: Use of any methanol, gasohol or alcohol
based fuel additive will damage the fuel filter.
