This command allows setting up all relay modes of operation. The four relay modes specified in
the user manual are based on an interaction of the parameters supplied.
The four modes are:
Mode 1 = Toggle Mode.
Mode 2 = Momentary Mode.
Mode 3 = Channel Select.
Mode 4 = Channel Select Momentary Mode.
