Enables a user configured in one cluster to log into
Mobility Cross Cluster
a Cisco Unified IP Phone in another cluster.
Users from a home cluster log into a Cisco Unified
IP Phone at a visiting cluster.

Allows users to make video calls by using your
Advantage (CUVA)
Cisco Unified IP Phone, your personal computer,
and an external video camera.

Cisco Web Dialer
Allows users to make calls from web and desktop
applications.
Client matter codes
Enables a user to specify that a call relates to a
(CMC)
specific client matter.
Conference
CTI Applications
A computer telephony integration (CTI) route
point can designate a virtual device to receive
multiple, simultaneous calls for
application-controlled redirection.
Direct transfer
Allows users to connect two calls to each other
(without remaining on the line).

Configure Cisco Extension Mobility on
Cisco Unified IP Phones before you
configure EMCC.
Configure Video Capabilities and Auto
Line Select parameter in the Product
Specific Configuration Layout section in
Phone Configuration.
