Product Information

The AXR-NWS NetWave Server is a two-way Radio Frequency (RF) device employing 2.4 GHz
digital communications. The AXR-NWS is compatible with both Axcess and NetLinx Integrated
Central Controllers, and communicates with up to 16 wireless devices.
The AXR-NWS complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two
conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference and (2) this device must accept any
interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

Green LED that shows power and AXlink communication activity. Blink patterns
include:
• Off - No power or the controller is not functioning properly.
• One blink per second - indicates power is active and AXlink data
communication is functional.
• Full On - Indicates power is active and AXlink data communication is not
functional.
Red LED that lights when an RF link is established with one or more devices.
• If the light is On, the Server's signal is locked and communicating with the
ViewPoint.
• If the light is Off, the Server is not communicating with the ViewPoint because
the signal is either lost or broken.
Yellow LED that lights when the AXR-NWS receives RF control data.
8 position DIP switch that sets the GROUP ADDRESS (0 - 255)
4 position DIP switch that sets the control group identification (0 - 15)
Omni-directional, swivel high-gain RF antenna
