Purpose Sets the intended reading orientation of the page with respect to the
paper feed direction.
Discussion DECSPO is similar to the page orientation defined by PFS, but has no
effect on the page size or number of lines and columns. All page related
functions are interpreted in relation to page orientation (margins, line and
character spacing). The default value is Ps = 0.
