Removing the driven pulley shaft bearing

- Slightly heat the crankshaft from the inside side
to avoid damaging the coated surface and use the
driven pulley shaft or a pin of the same diameter
to remove the bearing.
N.B.
IN CASE OF DIFFICULTY A STANDARD 8MM-INSIDE DI-
AMETER EXTRACTOR CAN BE USED.

Refitting the driven pulley shaft bearing

Refit the bearing with the aid of a bushing with the same diameter as the external plate of the bearing
after slightly heating the crankcase from the inside.
N.B.
WHEN REFITTING, ALWAYS REPLACE THE BEARING WITH A NEW ONE.
CAUTION
WHEN REMOVING/REFITTING THE BEARING, TAKE CARE NOT TO DAMAGE THE COVER
PAINTED SURFACE.

Removing the driven pulley

- Lock the clutch bell housing with the specific tool.
- Remove the nut, the clutch bell housing and the
whole of the driven pulley assembly.
N.B.
THE UNIT CAN ALSO BE REMOVED WITH THE DRIVING
PULLEY MOUNTED.
