When an Office file is displaying
•
To go to the next page: press the down arrow key.
•
To go to the previous page: press the up arrow key.

To scroll up: press the left arrow key.

To scroll down: press the right arrow key.

Or press the Menu key to open/close the Office Viewer toolbar. Use the
right or left arrow key to highlight the desired function. Then press the
Select/Enter key.

To return to the filelist: close the toolbar first, and press Select/Enter key.
Note: The file name displays in the upper left corner of the Office Viewer toolbar. The
current page number and number of pages appears on the upper right corner. The
amount of magnification displays on the lower right corner.
