INSPECTION AND REPAIR
6. Inspect:
• clutch shoes
Shiny parts
NOTE:
After using sand paper, clean off the polished
particles with a cloth.
7. Measure:
• clutch shoe thickness
Outside specified value

CHECKING THE V-BELT

1. Check:
• v-belt
Cracks/damage/wear
Grease/oil
secondary sheave.
2. Measure:
• v-belt width
Out of specification
4-20
Polish with sand paper.
