4. UNDER CABINET INSTALLATION (Rear rectangular outlet)
a.
Make sure all preparation steps are completed.
b.
Be sure you have the WS38RVK (rear vent kit) to change the top round
outlet to a rear rectangular outlet.
c.
Convert 6" top round to 3-1/4" x 10" rear rectangular.
d.
Replace the 6" round duct with half round section duct. (Fig. 4a – 4b)
e.
Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry open the rear outlet cover. (Fig. 4c)
f.
Remove the screws holding the rear outlet panel. (Fig. 4d – 4f)
g.
Place rear outlet panel on top of the unit and secure it. (Fig. 4f – 4g)
h.
Install the 3-1/4" x 10" rectangular rear vent outlet adaptor. (Fig. 4h – 4i)
