Remove the screw and washer.

Use a puller to remove the fan from the fan motor.
Demount the fan motor by unscrewing the four screws (1–4).
Mount the new fan motor. Tighten the screws crosswise (1, 4, 2 and 3) with tightening torque
16.5 Nm ± 3.0 Nm.
