Basic Tasks
Voice Mail
(The first time you access your Voice Mail you will be prompted to follow
the tutorial. This will prompt you to change your password and record
your voice message.)
Press the Voice Mail button
left if available.
Enter your passcode. (Your initial passcode is 1234)
Follow the voice prompts to listen to your voice mail messages.
To check your voice mail from outside the district dial your school's main
extension (715-365-9500, 715-365-9160, etc.). Press ** and then your
extension.

Redial
1. Lift the handset (optional).

Transfer
To Transfer an active call:
1. Press
2. Dial the number of the third party.
3. Do one of the following:
To complete the Transfer, hang up.
To announce the Transfer, wait for an answer, consult, and hang up.
To cancel the Transfer, press
Conference
To form a Conference when a two–party call is already in place, or to add another
party to an existing Conference:
1. Press
2. Dial the number of the next party.
3. Wait for an answer.
4. Press
Phone Book
1. Press Phone Book softkey
2. Search by Last Name using the keypad.
Use the <— softkey to correct errors.
If the next letter in the name is on the same digit key as the previous letter, press
the —> softkey before proceeding.
3. Press the Lookup softkey.
5. If more than one match is found, press the Next softkey until you locate the person or
extension that you are searching for.
6. Do one of the following:
To make the call, press the Call softkey.
To edit the entry, press the Backup softkey.
To exit, press Cancel
Outside Line
Dial the "6" key to get an outside line. (6+1+Area Code+7 digit number)
